How to use:

1) Create a MeshInstance3D

2) In the Geomentry tab -> Material Override, click New Shader Material -> click on Shader Material and click on Shader <empty> -> create a new shader -> open the created shader in FileSystem and paste the shader code into the Shader Editor

3) Save the project
Or or transfer a ready shader to your project

P.S. If you want to apply the shader not to an empty mesh but to some object with textures, then place the shader in Material Overlay
